Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across India. We ship to most locations nationwide, with the exception of select pincodes and  Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and North-Eastern states.

Once your order is placed, our team processes and dispatches it within 48 business hours (excluding sundays and holidays).Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days from the date of shipment, excluding Sundays and public holidays. After dispatch, you will receive notifications via email and WhatsApp containing tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping charges may vary based on your delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount from time to time, as part of promotional campaigns. Details of such offers, including the minimum order value for free shipping, will be clearly mentioned on the website during the offer period.

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our beverage products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed and shipped.

However, if you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@1gooddrink.com. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

For verified claims, we will either replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery (COD) payments, we may request your bank details or any other details to expedite the refund.

Please note that refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • When the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery
  • Damage or tampering of the product after delivery
  • Personal preferences such as dissatisfaction with taste or flavor
